Our backhaul provider has finished checking the backhaul and found the link to be restored, but there is significant loss of signal inside the data centre to our equipment. We have engaged the data centre to investigate the fault with this internal data centre link.

Our FSG Technician successfully swapped the SFP equipment at 00:25 AEDT 27/3/2025. Meanwhile, NBN Technician attended the 2PEA site to replace the SFP equipment on their end. However, alarms are still present.
Our FSG Technician will continue investigating, and our NOC team will actively monitor the situation.
