Dear Customer,

Fiber assessment has been finalized to be a fiber cut and restoration works will commence which includes cable hauling, splicing, etc. Out backhaul fiber teams has been mobilized to the break location. ETR is 5 hours due to the complexity of the break location.

Our backhaul technician has located the break to be at Cranebrook area and is currently assessing the damage. Restoration action plan will be advised after the full assessment.

Here is the latest update from our backhaul provider: "Initial investigation shows loss of signal alarm due to a potential fibre break in the Blacktown area. Technician is en route to the site with an ETA of 90 mins for further testing and isolation."

Our backhaul provider is actively investigating the issue.

They have informed us that the outage is due to a potential fibre break., which is currently being investigated by their fibre team.

At this time, there is no estimated time for resolution (ETR). We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
